Medical Parole for Individuals Sentenced to Life Without Parole (FY 2024 Budget, Article 3, Section 9)

We urged that this Article be amended to expand the state’s “medical parole” statute to be inclusive of LWOP sentences as a matter of compassionate and fiscally responsible policy.

Remote Meeting Attendance for Public Body Members 65 years and Older (H 5266, S 415)
