In addition to the amendments that this bill would make to the community service requirements to be imposed against individuals convicted of graffiti offenses, we urged that this bill be further used as an opportunity to revisit the extremely harsh prison penalties associated with this offense.

We supported these bills which would prevent landlords from inquiring about the immigration status of their tenants or potential tenants, noting that this legislation is critical for ensuring that families with undocumented members can maintain housing without fear.

We strongly supported legislation which would require cities and town to disclose basic information on their website about litigation in which they are involved.
