TESTIMONY Re: Cranston Encampment Ordinace

The ACLU of Rhode Island submitted testimony to the Cranston City Council to register its strong opposition to a punitive ordinance proposed by the mayor that would make illegal any temporary shelter on City property and impose a $50 fine on violators and provide for the destruction of the individual’s personal property after 24 hours.
