This letter was sent to the Family Court Chief Judge urging the Family Court clerk’s office to no longer reject filings merely because the complainant fails to include an email address on their filing cover sheet. The Chief Judge responded three days later that he had "instructed the supervisory clerks to inform staff that the lack of an e-mail address, or a litigant's refusal to provide one, is not an acceptable reason for rejecting a filing."
