We strongly supported legislation which streamlines the adoption process for children born through assisted reproduction and makes an important step in protecting the diversity of families in Rhode Island – particularly LGBTQ+ families – from inappropriate discrimination in establishing parentage for their own children. This legislation has been signed into law!
