Publishing Election Notices (H 7378, S 2282)

We supported legislation that would address the methods by which local boards of canvassers must notify residents of various election-related matters. Specifically, this legislation would require public bodies to post information about any local bond or referendum questions appearing on the ballot and notice of early voting times on the municipality's website.
