We supported legislation that makes a number of changes to the state’s fair housing law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.

We supported legislation that makes a number of changes to the state’s fair housing law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity. Among other provisions, this bill removes outdated language and inappropriate exemptions in that law. Positively, this bill passed and has since been signed into law.
