We opposed this bill to allow healthcare employees who have been assaulted at work to have their names and addresses removed from the voter rolls.

We opposed this bill to allow healthcare employees who have been assaulted at work to have their names and addresses removed from the voter rolls. We raised concerns about the precedent the bill was setting and emphasized that transparency in the voting process is diminished when potentially large numbers of individuals can vote while keeping their names off the public voting rolls. This bill died in committee.
