Sex Work Decriminalization (S 810)

We testified in favor of legislation which would decriminalize sex work, ensuring that our criminal justice system is not utilized to take unnecessary punitive action against consent adults and that sex workers would be able to approach their work with safety and without inappropriate stigmatization. This bill died in committee.
