Hotel Ejection of Guests (H 7910A & S 2511A)

We urged amendments to legislation which would allows allowing hotels to eject patrons who use “verbally abusive language," and raised concerns about the broad wording of this power and the dangers of it being discriminatorily enforced. Unfortunately, despite our concerns, this legislation passed.
