Codifying Roe v. Wade Into State Law (H 7756)

The RI ACLU and several women's rights and reproductive rights groups testified in favor of a perennial bill that was being heard for the first time in years.  The legislation would reaffirm Roe v. Wade  by codifying the principles of this landmark court case into state law.
