Blackie v. City of Woonsocket

ACLU of RI cooperating attorneys filed a presentation of claim with the City of Woonsocket on behalf of Mack Blackie, a man who was unlawfully arrested and detained twice, charged, incarcerated for approximately 31 days, and prosecuted for crimes that he did not commit.
