This is a lawsuit filed in federal court successfully challenging Rhode Island’s ballot qualification process in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. Update: On June 25, 2020, the court ruled in our favor, allowing for electronic signature gathering for candidates to qualify to be on the ballot.
