This letter was sent to the Providence City Council Special Committee on Health, Opportunity, Prosperity, and Education regarding two aspects of implementation of Providence's proposed rent stabilization ordinance, specifically the creation of a Residential Rent Regulation Board and a section addressing the issue of “retaliation.”
