Homeless Bill of Rights (H 7173, S 2052)

The General Assembly passed landmark legislation to protect people from employment, housing, and voting discrimination, among others, solely because of their homeless status.  The first of its kind in the nation, this legislation provides meaningful and necessary guidelines to ensure the equal protection of homeless individuals.
