
TESTIMONY Re: R.I. Cannabis Control Commission on Potential Regulatory Actions
Testimony submitted to the RI Cannabis Control Commission. While the statute which formally codified the legality of recreational sale of cannabis into Rhode Island law addressed a number of civil liberties concerns, there remain a few lingering issues that the ACLU of Rhode Island believes could benefit from being addressed in regulation: Criminal Record Checks; Employment; and Law Enforcement and Motor Vehicles.
