LETTER: Re: Narragansett Zoning Barring Households of More than Three Unrelated Students

This is a letter from the ACLU of RI to the Narragansett Town Council expressing strong opposition to a proposed zoning amendment which would bar more than three unrelated college students from living together. Notably, the letter also objects to the timing of the hearing on the amendment, designed to avoid comment from the individuals who will be most impacted by the proposal.
