REPORT: The Persistance of Racial Profiling in RI (Nov 2005)
This report reviews the latest statistics on police department traffic stop searches and shows continued evidence of racial profiling in the state. The statistics demonstrate that the search practices are unfair, discriminatory and represent poor police work.
