
LETTER Re: "Threats Against School Employee" Legislation
This letter was sent to RI State Representatives from coalition of community organizations, urging them to oppose H 7303. The bill that would make it a felony, with a potential sentence of up to five years in prison, for a student or parent to directly or indirectly threaten a public school employee with physical harm.
