Favorably settled Title IX complaint alleging that the school provided unequal athletic opportunity and facilities for girls.

Michaelson v. New England Telephone Company

Successful intervention in opposition to a suit brought by the Attorney General to force the phone company to give assistance in court-ordered wiretaps.

Palmigiano v. Noel

Status: Closed

The Affiliate filed a federal lawsuit against the Department of Corrections after a Catholic priest was told he could no longer visit the prison unless he ceased advocating for inmates' rights.

Toward a Gayer Bicentennial Committee v. McQueeney

Status: Closed

Restraining order issued by federal court on behalf of a gay group originally denied a permit to hold a parade in Providence.
